Our team
We come from different professional backgrounds and together we form a diverse team. We have a common goal: Not to burn out.
Why?
I know from my own experience that burnout can completely paralyze a person. I've played sports since I was a kid and I was a workaholic. I didn't pay attention to my mental health, I ignored all the red flags and that was a stumbling block. That's why we are now creating a place that will help others avoid burnout or offer a way out of trouble.

Strategy & Operations
Why?
We live in a hustle generation. Overwork, hard work and busyness is the mark of "success". So we go to the extreme, work as hard as we can and don't think about how much it's hurting us. I've tried it myself and I believe there is another way to achieve work and mental satisfaction.
Mikolas Voborsky
Strategy & Operations
Why?
Because mental health is just as important as physical health. And unfortunately, not everyone realizes that. I believe that with technology we can bring people closer to preventing burnout, and at the same time offer help to those who need it. We want mental health issues to be both not taboo and talked about - not only in schools, but also in companies and society.

Development
Why?
Mental health - so often mentioned, yet still so neglected. Often we work towards the perfect career, A-levels in exams and the satisfaction of others, but rush into burnout. But what's the worst? We forget the most important thing - ourselves, our needs and our joys.

Why?
Every emotional strain in my life has taken a toll on my physical health. It took me to understand that my energy level is limited, even when I am doing what I enjoy. I would like to use this project to show that burnout is not a weakness, but a natural response of the body to prolonged overexertion. Just acknowledging the problem is the first step to starting to shine again.

Why?
I have personal experience with burnout syndrome. I've been on the verge of burnout myself a few times because I tend to put too much on myself. And I'm far from the only one. And why not burn out? Because burnout is a big problem that deserves our attention.

Why?
Every success meant that I had to be even better and more efficient. I ignored all the warnings I got from my body. I went through burnout syndrome and had the most difficult time of my life. I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. Even if we only help one person with our activity, it will be a great achievement and a reason for me to smile.

Why?
I have always had excessive demands on myself that I have not been able to meet, and I have caused myself a lot of problems with my negative attitude towards myself. I know how important it is to take care of my mental health and I know how hard it is to reach out to someone for help. Don't put out is help at your fingertips, that's why.

Why?
Don't Burn Out is close to my heart because I burned out myself a few years ago and it took a long time to get back "on the right track." In retrospect, I can see how many opportunities I had to prevent burnout and didn't take them simply because I wasn't willing to pay attention to my mental health instead of school.

Why?
Ever since I was a kid, I've been the smart, good, first-timer... And sensitive, too. The "ideal" predisposition to the burnout that eventually befell me. More than once I thought I was a failure when I stopped trying, felt worse and worse mentally and physically, my joy left me, I was the "over-sensitive" one, and wondered if I should really try to grit my teeth and keep working (often for a second) or allow myself to rest. I realise that many may feel similarly and not always get understanding and help, whether in the form of information or therapy for example. This is why I decided to support Nevyasni as an ambassador and later as a member of the editorial team. Acknowledging the problem and talking about it is not a weakness, quite the opposite. By sharing, we can help each other and in the process remind ourselves of the important things we burn for.

Why?
Time management and healthy productivity are probably the most difficult disciplines in my life. Sometimes I struggle to find as much time as I want, and sometimes I can't find the time even if I should. That's why I want to help myself and others on how to schedule their lives ideally.

Social media
Why?
I was intrigued by the way it communicates information about burnout to people of all generations, the activities it uses to help overcome burnout and how it breaks down all the taboos about the problem and the myths associated with it being something unusual in society. In addition, I enjoy working in a team of people from different fields who are my daily motivation and inspiration to do what I enjoy and find meaningful.

Why?
Why am I working at Nevyahni? Because I'm a perfectionist, a workaholic, and a person who needs to remind myself more often to nurture my inner match. The whole project keeps me awake, reminding me that burning out at 17 wouldn't be a total win. At the same time, thanks to Nevyhasni, I met great people, whom I am always happy to drive from our Olomouc to Prague!

Why?
I've been an entrepreneur since high school, and because I have a bunch of different roles in my job, I've gotten to the point where I've been on the "perfect" path to burnout several times. At the same time, I've seen more and more people around me in recent years who have crossed that line. So I'm very grateful that there are projects like Don't Burn Out that are finally getting the word out about burnout and mental health care.
